Sellers - Site Holder Information
• Vehicle Entry is via the gate 7.• Outdoor sites are 5 meters x 10 meters, if a larger site is required then multiple sites can be booked. • Indoor sites are either 3 meters x 3 meters or 6 meters x 3 meters, if a larger sites are required then multiple sites can be booked. • Site Costs: - Outdoor $25 ea - Indoor 3x3 $25 ea - Indoor 3x6 $35 ea• Camping on-site for the night before the swap meet will be charged at $10.00 per head. There are ample toilet and showers facilities available. • On site power is available if necessary for campers ONLY.• Please note that water from taps on site is not potable and cannot be drunk but is fine for washing and other purposes.• You are welcome to bring food for your own consumption, but the Lions Clubs of Renmark & Berri are contracted as sole caterers for the event, so food sales by other sellers is prohibited. • The Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet committee will have cold drinks available for purchase.• The Lions Club will attend on Saturday night and cook for campers and swap meet volunteers at reasonable prices.• The Cobdogla Club is a licenced venue which serves good value, family friendly meals from Wednesday to Sunday nights. The Club is a short drive from the venue.• The gates will be open for site holder entry from 1pm Saturday and closed at 9pm.• The Lions Clubs will arrive early to begin cooking and start service of breakfast at 6:00 am and continue for the remainder of the event. They will be offering Sausages & Onion in Bread, Egg & Bacon Sandwiches, Hot Dogs, Hot Chips, Barbeque, Donuts, Instant coffee, Tea, Milo. • The Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet committee will have cans of drink & bottled water available.• Stallholders with pre-paid bookings can enter the site from 1:00 pm on Saturday until 8:00 pm for setting up, or between 5:00 am and 7:00 am on Sunday morning. • No vehicle movement between 7:00am and 1:00 pm during the Event. This rule is for the safety of all, and will be enforced.• STRICKLY No sales before 7:00 am on Sunday morning. The advertised times for the Event are 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and all selling is to occur between these times.
