Conditions of Entry - Sellers (Stallholders)

By booking a site and participating in the Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet (“the Event”), you agree to comply with the following Conditions of Entry. These conditions are designed to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable event for everyone.________________________________________1. Booking and Sites• All sites must be booked through the official registration process.• Each Site Fee includes admittance for two adults. Additional adults must pay Entry Fees. • A camping fee, per head, will be charged for all those who wish to camp within their site on the night before the Event.• Site allocation is at the discretion of the organisers.• Site fees are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation by the organisers.• Dogs are allowed, provided they remain on a leash at all times, and their owners pick up and dispose of all droppings.________________________________________2. Stallholder Conduct• Stallholders must follow all directions from event officials and volunteers.• Stallholders are responsible for the behavior of their staff/helpers.• Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the Event.• NO sales are to take place before 7:00am on the day of the Event. ________________________________________3. Goods for Sale• The Event is primarily for automotive parts, collectables, tools, and related items.• Prohibited items include: illegal goods, firearms, weapons, dangerous goods, counterfeit products, or any items deemed inappropriate by organisers.• Food and beverage sales are not permitted unless prior approval has been granted.________________________________________4. Safety and Liability• Stallholders must ensure that their site is safe for the public at all times.• Vehicles on site must be parked safely and must not obstruct walkways or emergency access routes.• The organisers accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to any property brought onto the site.________________________________________5. Set-Up and Pack-Down• Entry to site for setup can occur between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm the Saturday before the Event.• For Stallholders arriving on the day of the Event (Sunday), gates will be open between 5:00am and 7:00am, with NO vehicle access after 7:00am.• Stallholder set-up times may be changed by the organisers, at their discretion.• NO spikes can be driven into the lawn surface of the oval, due to under turf irrigation. Canopies or tents will need to be held down by weights secured to the poles.• Vehicles must be parked within your allocated site boundaries or removed to a designated parking area after unloading.• Pack-down must not commence until the advertised closing time of the Event unless approved by organisers.________________________________________6. Clean-Up• Stallholders are responsible for keeping their site tidy.• All rubbish must be removed or placed in the bins provided.• Failure to clean your site may affect your ability to book future events.________________________________________7. Compliance• Stallholders must comply with all relevant laws, including South Australian health, safety, and consumer laws.• Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any stallholder who breaches these conditions.________________________________________8.
