What is the Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet?
The Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet is an event to be held annually in October.A Swap Meet is a traditional buy, swap, sell event with stallholders selling anything related to motor vehicles, their parts, or associated items.
Can we provide food and drink at the Swap?
You are welcome to bring food for your own consumption with you, but the Lions Clubs of Renmark & Berri are contracted as sole caterers for the event, so food sales by other sellers is prohibited.

Who organizes the Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet?
A group of passionate automotive and die hard swap meet enthusiasts. Wanting to represent the larger Riverland region. By hosting a large country swap with a great location and grounds conditions.

Is there accommodation available nearby?
Stallholders are able to camp onsite (for a fee) to enable security of their wares and equipment for the event, including during setup and packup times.
Camping is not available for non-stallholders.
Cobdogla Station Caravan Park a short drive from the Riverland Field Day Site, offers ensuite Cabins, Non-Ensuite Cabins, Powered Lawn or Crusher Dust sites, and Un-serviced Lawn or Crusher Dust sites. Cobdogla Station Caravan Park is a small park, so if you wish to reserve a site it is advised that you book early.
Motel accommodation is available in Barmera and other Riverland towns.

When do I need to have my site rebooked by?
All sites should be booked as soon as possible. If not booked by 7 days prior to the swap meet date we may not be able to guarantee a site booking, please contact us for any remaining available sites.

Is parking available at the Swap?
There is a huge parking area available.
Is Power Avaialble
Power is not available so stalls must be self sufficient for power use.
Power is available for overnight campers only.
Can I use a scooter or mobility aids at the Swap?
Motorised wheelchairs and mobility scooters can be used on site, provided you have a genuine need and your mobility device meets Australian Standards. The speed of these devices must be kept to walking pace, and they are not permitted to tow trailers. Please note that some areas may not be accessible solely by mobility scooter due to the terrain. If you need to access disability parking, it is available. See signs on site.
Are pets allowed at the Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet?
Dogs are allowed, provided they remain on a lead, and their owners pick up and dispose of all droppings.Due to the large volume of foot traffic at the Event, dogs and other pets who are not accustomed to crowds may pose potential hazards. If your pet is not comfortable in crowds please keep them home.
