Conditions of Entry - Buyers (Public)
By entering the Cobdogla Mega Swap Meet (“the Event”), you agree to the following conditions:________________________________________1. Entry & Behavior• Entry Fee will be $5.00 at the gate, a wrist band will be supplied and must be worn while on site• Children under 16 entry will be free, they will be issued a wrist band which must be worn onsite, and they must be accompanied and supervised by an adult • Follow all directions given by Event officials and volunteers.• Respect stallholders, other visitors, and property.• Offensive, unsafe, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.________________________________________2. Safety• Children must be supervised at all times.• No bicycles, scooters, skateboards in the venue (except for motorised wheelchairs / mobility scooters).• Emergency access ways must remain clear at all times.________________________________________3. Purchases• All transactions are between the buyer and the stallholder.• The Event organisers take no responsibility for the quality, safety, or authenticity of goods purchased.• Please check items carefully before buying.________________________________________4. Prohibited Items & Activities• No alcohol, illegal drugs, or dangerous goods may be brought into the Event.• Weapons, firearms, or replicas are not permitted.• Raffles, fundraising, or promotional activities are not allowed unless approved by the organisers.________________________________________5. Liability• Entry to the Event is at your own risk.• The organisers accept NO responsibility for loss, theft, injury, or damage sustained while on site.• Visitors are responsible for their own personal belongings.________________________________________6. Photography & Media• By entering the Event, you consent to photographs or video being taken for promotional purposes.________________________________________7. Compliance• Anyone breaching these conditions may be asked to leave the Event.• Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion.________________________________________8.
